How Do I Pick Up or Drop Off My Equipment Rentals?
Equipment rentals are ready for pickup by 3:00 PM the day before your shoot. If you need an earlier pickup, please contact us—we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Pickups and returns are handled at Garage Door #1 at our location. Vehicles can pull up directly to this door for easy loading and unloading.
Equipment returns are due by 10:00 AM the day after your shoot and can be returned as early as 8:00 AM on the return day. We ask you let us know if you will be late as someone else is likely needing the equipment you have. Late returns maybe subject to late fees or additional rental day.
What If I Can’t Return the Equipment on Time?
If you anticipate a late return, please call us as soon as possible—the equipment may be schedule for another project the day of your return. In many cases, we can arrange an after-hours return or next-day drop-off at no extra charge, as long as you notify us in advance.
Do You Offer Equipment Delivery?
Yes! We provide delivery services, within a 25 mile radius of our location. Please contact us for any special arrangements outside of Minneapolis. Once we know when and where you need delivery, we’ll provide a quote for curbside or dockside delivery only.
Please know that crew member must be present at the time of any delivery or pickup.
Do You Ship Equipment Rentals?
Absolutely! We specialize in camera gear logistics and ship via FedEx, UPS, or airline cargo for next-day or even same-day delivery, depending on location.
We can use your shipping account or ours, but please note that shipping quotes are estimates—final charges are determined after the shipment is processed by the carrier.
Can I Rent Equipment Without Insurance?
We strongly recommend having production and equipment rental insurance. However, for select items, we usually can offer rentals without a Certificate of Insurance if you provide a credit card hold for the full replacement value of the gear. The hold is released once the equipment is returned, minus the rental fee.
Do You Accept Credit Cards?
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A credit card authorization is required before your rental, and a processing fee is applied to credit card payments. To avoid fees, you may pay via ACH transfer or check.
Can I Place an Order and Pick It Up Immediately?
Most of the time, yes! While we appreciate advance notice, we do our best to accommodate last-minute rental requests.

What If You Don’t Have the Gear I Need?
If we don’t have a specific piece of equipment in stock, we can source it through a network of professional rental houses we work with reguarly. We also have a large selection of gear that may not be listed on our website—contact us, and we’ll do our best to get you what you need.
Do You Offer Rental Insurance?

What Is the “Exclusion for Theft from an Unattended Vehicle”?
This clause means that if equipment is stolen from an unattended vehicle, your insurance will not cover it. We require this exclusion to be removed from your policy to ensure coverage in case of theft.
Do I Need to Be Listed as the Insured Party?
Yes. The insured name and address must match the rental agreement and customer account.
